GWAF AT LAGOS STATE COLLEGE OF NURSING, (LASCON)
3rd CONVOCATION CEREMONY.

Building on existing relationship, The Gabi Williams Alzheimer’s Foundation was on ground to celebrate with one of her partner. GWAF was at the 3rd Convocation ceremony of the Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando held on the 14th October, 2021. The program was the climax and the closing ceremony for the 1 week long Annual Student Nurses week celebration organized by the institution for certification of grandaunts of the institution. The wife of the Governor, Lagos State, Her Excellency, Dr. Mrs. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu was the Special Guest of Honor, ably represented while the School Provost, Mrs. Oyefunso Orenuga hosted the event at the main hall of the institution. Our IEC materials with banner were displayed at the permission of the management of the institution and our campaign materials were freely given out to invited guests, visitors and the attendees. About 300 Alzheimer’s Disease awareness materials were given out at the event.
