The Gabi Williams Alzheimer’s Foundation renewed her continued relationship with the Arts in Medicine (AiM), in a program -Arts for Brain Health.
As part of global Dementia awareness strategies to disseminate information about Alzheimer’s Disease and to fight against the disease, the month of September, every year, has been set aside as Alzheimer’s awareness month by the WHO.

To celebrate the Senior Citizens globally, 1st of October is the UN designated day as the ‘International Day of the Older Persons’ It is the day set aside to celebrate and promote the living of the Older Persons across the globe. The 2021 edition was tagged ‘Digital Inclusiveness for Older Persons’.
WALK AGAINST ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE: GWAF has continued to demonstrate ability in synergy and partnership with various players in the field of community health and grass root impact.
3rd CONVOCATION CEREMONY: GWAF was at the 3rd Convocation ceremony of the Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando held on the 14th October, 2021.
In practical effort towards achieving our objective and bridge the gap in human capital, skill development and manpower, GWAF partners the National Association of Nigerian Student Nurses and Midwives, School of Post Basic Psychiatric Mental Health, Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba on her 9th Annual Nurses week celebration held from 20th – 24th September, 2021.
