As a member of GWAF you will receive support, information about Alzheimer's resources, notification of GWAF events and updates about GWAF achievements. We look forward to welcoming you.

GWAF DEMENTIA CASE STUDY PROGRAM

About the GWAF Dementia Case Study Program
It is a GWAF initiative that allows members of the public to register their interest in sharing their stories/experiences with Dementia either as a family member, an informal caregiver or a patient. There is no compulsion to take part in the program.

Benefit:
Taking part in this program will help people in the future, to give them hope for future generations, and make them feel they are doing something valuable.

Safety:
This program endeavors to follow the Human subject protection ethical guidelines. This means that, we make sure to protect the rights, safety and wellbeing of people involved in this program.

Who can register?Anyone aged 18 or older, who lives in Nigeria. You do not have to be diagnosed with dementia to sign up. Volunteers who do not have dementia, as well as carers or families of people with dementia are needed.

How do I register?If you decide to sign up you can do it online on www.gabiwilliamsalzheimersfoundation.org or ask any of our representatives for a form to be filled on site. If you cannot enter your details yourself, you can nominate a representative to do this for you.

What will happen if I decide to register? Once you have created your account, you will be asked to provide some personal information.

What will happen if I want to withdraw from the GWAF Dementia Case Study Program?You are free to withdraw your information at any time without giving a reason.
